Example: logo, slogan, company name, color.
02 It must be used in commerce and distinctive.
03 You do not have to register a trademark to protect it.
04 Trademark rights begin when you first use it in commerce, not when you first register it.
05 Protection lasts until you abandon the trademark, or it becomes no longer distinctive.
